1. Account

1.1 Account Creation: To access our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication information and for all activities associated with your account.
1.2 Identification and Competence Records: We may request identification documents (for certification purposes) and competence records (e.g., training or work experience) to assess your knowledge in the discipline for which you seek certification. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
1.3 Account Transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not use someone else’s account, nor transfer your account to another person, even in the event of death. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify us.
1.4 Age Requirement: You must meet the minimum age requirement for using online services in your country to open an account. If you are below the required age, you must close your account.
1.5 Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting us via email. Upon closure, all exam results and certifications will no longer be accessible.



2. Enrollment and Access

2.1 Training Materials: Upon purchasing a certification, you will gain access to pre-recorded video courses and written handbooks relevant to your chosen certification. Access is exclusive to you and may not be shared.
2.2 Language: All training materials and exams are currently available only in English.
2.3 Lifetime Access: You will generally have lifetime access to the training materials for the certifications you have purchased. However, access will be revoked if you close your account or if we are legally obligated to disable content.



3. Using Our Platform

3.1 Compliance: You must use the information on our platform in compliance with applicable laws.
3.2 Authorized Use: Training materials are solely for exam preparation. You may not share, distribute, or use them for any other purpose without our prior written consent.



4. Exams and Certifications

4.1 Exam Requirements: To obtain a certification, you must pass an exam consisting of multiple-choice and open-ended questions. The exam must be completed within a specified time frame.
4.2 Passing Criteria: You will be informed of the minimum percentage of correct answers required to pass the exam before starting.
4.3 Exam Attempts: There is no deadline to take the exam after purchase. However, once started, the exam cannot be paused or stopped. Ensure a stable internet connection and a distraction-free environment.
4.4 Results: Exam results will be emailed to you within 5 working days. If you pass, you must agree to our Code of Ethics before accessing your certificate.
4.5 Certificates: Certificates are automatically generated and can be downloaded from your account. They confirm your theoretical knowledge and can be verified online via a QR code.
4.6 Re-takes: If you fail an exam, you may retake it within 12 months. The first retake is free; subsequent retakes are offered at a 60% discount.



5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payment: You agree to pay the full fee for your chosen certification. We accept secure payments via debit/credit cards and other authorized methods.
5.2 Refunds: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the content does not meet your expectations. No refunds are provided after starting an exam.
5.3 Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.



6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Authorized Use: All training materials are for personal use only. You may not share, publish, or distribute them without our prior written consent.
6.2 Protection: You are responsible for safeguarding the materials accessed through your account.



7. Ethics and Conduct

7.1 Code of Ethics: Before obtaining your certification, you must agree to our Code of Ethics, which outlines the responsible use of your certification.
7.2 Misconduct: We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw your certification if we receive evidence of unethical conduct.



8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Updates: We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Revised terms will supersede previous versions and will be effective upon publication on our website.
8.2 Notification: Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
